Dental Coverage
Callidus offers a PPO dental plan through Aetna Insurance. It offers nationwide access to thousands of Aetna providers. To access nationwide Aetna Dental PPO providers, please visit www.aetna.com
Vision Coverage
Vision coverage is provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP). Benefits are paid in full up to plan allowance; the plan pays for one eye exam every 12 months.
Life Insurance Programs
- Basic Life & AD&D Insurance
Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) are provided and paid for by Callidus Software. Coverage is two times your base salary for both basic life and AD&D.
- Business Travel Accident Insurance
An additional Life & AD&D Insurance that covers an employee while traveling on business. The policy pays up to two times an employees’ annual salary to a maximum benefit of $500,000. The BTA Insurance is provided by Cigna Life Insurance.
- Supplemental Life Insurance
You may purchase additional insurance for yourself, your spouse / domestic partner, and your dependents. This program is offered through Aetna Life Insurance.
- Supplemental AD&D Insurance
Additional AD&D Insurance can be purchased to cover either yourself only or yourself and your entire family.
Short-Term Disability
In the event of a short-term disability, employees receive 60% of their base income up to a maximum of $2,309 a week. Employees are eligible for short-term disability immediately.
Long-Term Disability
Following 90 days of continuous disability, employees are eligible for long-term disability coverage, and will receive 60% of your base income up to $10,000 a month.
Employee Assistant Program (EAP)
Callidus Software recognizes a need to provide a resource to help employees balance life and work. EAP is a free confidential counseling and referral service, which is designed to help employees and their household members. The provider is CIGNA Behavioral Health.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
Flexible Spending Account allows employee to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for medical and dependent care expenses. It is a voluntary plan and regulated by IRS.
