Leslie Stretch

President and Chief Executive Officer

Leslie Stretch is President and CEO.

Under Leslie’s direction, CallidusCloud has transformed into a recurring revenue based business that is the leader in cloud and mobile sales effectiveness solutions. These solutions include sales hiring, sales enablement, sales performance management, and mobile learning. At CallidusCloud, Leslie has also pioneered patent-pending methods for social sales performance management and hiring, visualization, and performance predictions.

Prior to joining Callidus' executive board, Leslie worked for Sun Microsystems for nine years. At Sun, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Channel Sales and was the Managing Director of Sun Microsystems U.K. Ltd. Before joining Sun, Leslie held senior sales positions at Oracle Corporation U.K. and was instrumental in accelerating the growth of its Scottish and Canadian operations. Throughout his career, Leslie has successfully directed and motivated large sales organizations and facilitated strategic deals.

Leslie holds a B.A. Honors degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. He completed and is certified by the Directors’ Consortium of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

V. Holly Albert

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

V. Holly Albert brings more than 20 years of global experience in legal, business, and operations to CallidusCloud.

Holly is responsible for all corporate legal affairs relating to CallidusCloud. Previously, she was vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Docent Inc. Prior to that, Holly served as vice president, general counsel and COO at Tradenable, Inc., an Internet financial services company.

She held executive positions at infoUSA.com and worked with Honeywell for 16 years, serving as the general counsel for Honeywell-Measurex Corporation. Holly is a member of both the California and New Mexico State bars and received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Jimmy Duan

Senior Vice President, International Sales

As Senior Vice President of International Sales, Dr. Jimmy Duan leads sales in markets around the globe. He is responsible for leading Callidus into established and emerging markets, maximizing our customer successes, and growing customer base.

Dr. Duan brings over 20 years of management consulting, technology sales and executive management experience. He has served a variety of executive management roles at CallidusCloud, including senior vice president of mid-market business and SaaS solutions.

Previously, Dr. Duan served as vice president of client services at Xactly, where he was responsible for defining SaaS solution strategies and managing service delivery and on-demand operations. Earlier in his career, Dr. Duan held professional services management positions at Quovera and Talus Solutions, and consulted with multi-national organizations in transportation, financial services, telecommunications, and high-tech manufacturing.

Duan holds a Ph.D. in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech.

Ronald J. Fior

Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations and Chief Financial Officer

Ron Fior brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of corporate finance and operations. Most recently, Ron was Vice President of Finance and CFO at Ingenuity Systems. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance and Operations and CFO at Remedy Corporation. He has also served as Senior Vice President and CFO at ITP Education Group and International Thomson Publishing Group.

Ron's experience extends to both public and private companies, from the start-up stage to companies with over $750 million in revenue. Ron holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and is a Chartered Accountant.

Michael Graves

Senior Vice President, Engineering and Chief Technology Officer

Michael Graves has more than a decade of experience in developing market-leading enterprise applications. Prior to joining Callidus, Michael spent several years at Oracle, most recently as vice president of development in Oracle's Applications Division. In that position, he managed the incentive compensation and territory management global development teams, and helped develop products for customers implementing complex sales force compensation systems.

Before joining Oracle, Michael was a financial analyst for the Clorox Sales Company, and created systems for processing compensation payments and customer chargebacks. Michael has a B.S. in Finance and Economic Analysis & Policy from the Walter A. Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.

Lorna Heynike

Senior Vice President, Marketing

Lorna Heynike has over 15 years of experience in designing, developing, and marketing sales and marketing management applications.

At CallidusCloud, Lorna has spearheaded the development of the company's cutting-edge line of SaaS sales performance products. She also led the effort to re-build the suite’s user interfaces based on user-centered design principles; build CallidusCloud's self-service platform to help drive SPM to the field users; and expand the product lines to deliver a broad-based sales effectiveness platform for driving sales execution. Prior to joining Callidus, Lorna worked for Oracle, where she managed incentive compensation, marketing, and leads management solutions.

Lorna holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland; an M.Sc. from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland; and a B.A. degree with Honors from the University of California at Berkeley. Lorna is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honor society.

Farley Lavett

Senior Vice President, Insurance

Farley Lavett is the Senior Vice President of Insurance for CallidusCloud. Farley is the co-founder of ActekSoft and has an extensive background in healthcare and incentive compensation systems with over 30 years of software development and implementation success.

Previously, Farley was the Vice President of Software Development and Support at Seako Inc., which supplied software solutions to the health payer and doctor’s office markets. The company was acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) after which he operated a successful insurance systems consulting practice for large insurance carriers.

Farley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.

Saied Karamooz

Senior Vice President, Client Services

Saied Karamooz brings over two decades of technology services expertise, having worked closely with Fortune 1000 organizations in a variety of industries to design innovative solutions and to engineer system implementations that have resulted in significant, tangible, and sustainable business process efficiencies for his clients.

Prior to joining Callidus, Mr. Karamooz was a partner at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Saied holds a BS degree in Computer Science, an MBA, and an MS degree in Information Sciences from Pennsylvania State University.

Meredith Calvert

Senior Vice President, Customer Support and Services

Meredith Calvert has over 10 years of experience in the software services and support industry. At CallidusCloud, Meredith is the driving force for all of the company’s customer satisfaction initiatives and support services for all of CallidusCloud's customers.

Prior to joining Callidus, Meredith served in a variety of support management roles at Journee Software, a provider of data integration solutions, and PCOrder.com, Inc., an enterprise application software company.

Meredith holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas Tech University at Lubbock.

Cindy Eppard

Senior Vice President, Chief Talent Officer

Cindy Eppard oversees strategic planning, management development, retention and talent acquisition for the company's global human resources function. Cindy has over 15 years of progressive experience in human resources management and analytics.

During her tenure with CallidusCloud Cindy has successfully streamlined corporate practices in global benefits, compensation and staffing; established new office acquisition protocols; developed performance management guidelines; escalated change-management strategies; and developed the overall design and strategy of the company's global human resources function.

Prior to joining Callidus, Cindy managed various corporate programs, including the 401(k) Plan, domestic & international benefits and workers compensation for McAfee (Network Associates) as well as 401(k) Plan, HRIS management and stock administration for ASML (Silicon Valley Group).

Cindy holds a B.A. degree in Management from St. Mary's College of California.
