Callidus has developed the TrueComp® end-user training program to help you deploy and adopt the Callidus TrueComp application suite quickly, and achieve faster return on your investment.

This training program provides your end users with step-by-step demonstrations of the user interface and access to the portal, reports and dashboards of the Callidus TrueComp application suite. To adapt to your needs and budget, Callidus provides two options for the end-user training.

Pre-packaged Self-Paced Training Callidus will provide you with a complete set of pre-packaged, computer-based training materials, ready for you to use immediately. Instructor-led Custom Training An experienced Callidus instructor will tailor our standard training materials to your organization’s specific application configurations, and deliver individual training sessions to your end users through web conferences. A two-hour workshop to walk through the standard training materials and define how to customize the course materials to match your specific application configurations and deployment approach Customization of course materials based on your requirements One review session to go through the course materials Delivery of training to your end users via web conferences, based on the number of sessions that you have purchased
