Lara Golden
Lara Golden is the Lead instructor at Callidus where she develops, tests and teaches custom Reporting, Data Integration, Administration, Advanced Compensation and other classes in the suite of Callidus software products including Objective Management, Reporting and Analytics, Datamart and Administration, Producer Management, and Fundamentals.
Lara has been a Technical Trainer and Courseware Developer at Callidus since 2006. She leverages her proven experience in software and training solutions to deliver professional, high quality learning experiences.
Prior to joining Callidus, Lara spent seven years at Applied Materials, where she developed and supported enterprise applications, administered corporate email and security, and supported the corporate data center. A seasoned instructor, Lara combines her IT experience with over 10 years of technical training.
A graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, Lara holds a BA degree in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations and a MA in Organizational Management. She lives in Austin, Texas.
David N. Dragger
David is a Technical Trainer and Courseware Developer at Callidus where he develops, tests, and conducts various classes related to the suite of Callidus software products, including Compensation Management, Reporting and Analytics, and Data Integration. David has more than 11 years of training experience in professional environments, including extensive experience designing and conducting web-based training.
Prior to joining Callidus in 2011, David served as a project manager, business analyst, and lead technical trainer for several leading global organizations, including Dell, Inc., Vinson & Elkins L.L.P., Fish & Richardson, P.C., and St. Jude Medical.
David is a native Texan and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. He holds BAs in Psychology and Sociology, as well as a minor in Educational Psychology, with extensive education related to adult learning theories. David lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, Melanie, and daughter, Dani. He spends his free time organic gardening, cooking, and traveling.
Jo Garces
Jo Garces is a Compensation Management Basics instructor and specializes in developing new courses and online training. Originally from Colombia, Jo takes a special interest in training for our Latin America clients.
Jo has been a software trainer, speaker and technical writer for 13 years, testing and developing online courses and manuals in the brokerage industry. Prior to joining Callidus, Jo was part of the CyberTrader Events Team and Director of Client Services at Charles Schwab. Having been a business owner focusing on the development and marketing of start-up companies, Jo has also used her talent in architectural illustration, logo design and cartooning as means of communicating and selling products and services to clients and prospects, alike.
Jo lives in Cedar Park, Texas with her three sons, Masen, Brandon and Jett.
