Callidus provides world-class technical support services through multiple support offerings, and an exceptional worldwide staff of highly skilled support engineers.

CallidusCloud offers Premium and Standard technical support plans, as well as the Technical Account Manager (TAM) plan option to help customers find the services that best meet their corporate and financial needs.

Standard Support

The Callidus Standard Support plan offers e-mail and toll-free telephone support during standard business hours, as well as periodic product newsletters, the Knowledge Base, and community user groups.

Premium Support

The Callidus Premium Support Plan includes e-mail and telephone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the ability to create and monitor service requests via the Web, in addition to all of the services provided under the Standard plan.

Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager option provides a fully trained support engineer to serve as the dedicated single point of contact for the customer’s product issues, ensuring a thorough understanding of the customer’s business requirements, processes and environments.
