Under Leslie’s direction, CallidusCloud has transformed into a recurring revenue-based business that is the leader in cloud and mobile Lead to Money solutions that help companies make more money, faster. At CallidusCloud, Leslie has also pioneered patent-pending methods for social sales performance management and hiring, visualization, and performance predictions. He has been honored with many awards. Most recently, in 2016, Leslie received five honors from the American Business Awards including the Executive of the Year award.
In addition to his duties at CallidusCloud, Leslie serves on the board of directors of QAD Inc. (QADA) (QADB). QAD is a leading provider of enterprise business software and services for global manufacturers. Leslie is also a member of QAD’s Audit Committee of the board of directors and a member of Warburg Pincus Technology, Media and Telecommunications Advisory Council.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Leslie worked for Sun Microsystems for nine years. At Sun, he held the position of senior vice president of global channel sales and was the managing director of Sun Microsystems U.K. Ltd. Before joining Sun, Leslie held senior sales positions at Oracle Corporation U.K. and was instrumental in accelerating the growth of its Scottish and Canadian operations. Throughout his career, Leslie has successfully directed and motivated large sales organizations and facilitated strategic deals.
Leslie holds a B.A. Honors degree in Economics and Economic History from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. He completed and is certified by the Directors’ Consortium of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Roxanne Oulman brings over 20 years of financial management and leadership experience at public and private companies.
Prior to CallidusCloud, Roxanne was Interim Chief Financial Officer at Thoratec Corporation, where she held several financial leadership roles from 2004 to 2013. Prior to Thoratec, she served as General Manager from 2000 to 2004 and Western Regional Controller from 1999 to 2000 for Zomax, Inc. a logistics and supply chain company. Prior to Zomax, Ms. Oulman served in a variety of financial leadership roles. Ms. Oulman has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Masters of Business Administration from University of the Pacific—Eberhardt School of Business.
Jimmy Duan brings over 20 years of experience in SaaS operations, technology sales, management consulting, and professional services. He has served a variety of executive management roles at CallidusCloud, including senior vice presidents of commissions business and international sales.
Previously, Jimmy served as vice president of client services at Xactly, where he was responsible for defining and setting up SaaS operations and managing customer success. Earlier in his career, Jimmy held professional services management positions at Quovera and Talus Solutions, and consulted with multi-national organizations in financial services, telecommunications, transportation, and high-tech manufacturing.
Jimmy holds a Ph.D. in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech.
Andres Botero is a revenue-oriented marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and SaaS. He is responsible for all aspects of Marketing including digital, field, partner and product marketing; demand generation and sales development; communications; analyst, media and public relations; and brand. Andres also leads the Alliances and Channels team, creating, nurturing and accelerating mutually beneficial relations with other software vendors and system Integrators.
Prior to CallidusCloud, Andres was Chief Marketing Officer at Aria Systems, a leading cloud-based monetization and billing platform, where he doubled sales pipelines. Previously, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Steelwedge, the leader in cloud Sales & Operations Management acquired by E2Open. Before at SAP, he drove global marketing for the Supply Chain Management line of business, launched new solutions in logistics and planning areas, and substantially grew market share. Earlier at SAP, Andres launched an early Internet of Things (IoT) business that generated over $100 million in its first three years. He holds a BS in industrial engineering from Universidad de Los Andes (Bogota, Colombia) and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he served as 1999 class co-president.
Mary is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of CallidusCloud’s global human resources and talent programs. Mary’s focus is on scalable HR and talent acquisition initiatives to attract, develop and retain top talent and enable front line business objectives.
During her tenure with CallidusCloud, Mary successfully developed the talent acquisition function, expanded recruitment and HR operations into seven new international markets, managed the company’s global immigration programs and successfully enabled the HR onboarding of nine acquisition companies.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Mary worked at Robert Half International where she managed strategic recruiting efforts for both public and private companies throughout the Tri-Valley in the Software, Medical Device, Health Care, Insurance, Professional Services, CPG, Retail and Manufacturing industries.
Mary graduated summa cum laude from Saint Mary’s College of California with a B.A. in Liberal Arts.
Eric is responsible for CallidusCloud’s sales and field operations, where he brings over 15 years of software sales, management consulting, and entrepreneurial experience.
Eric joined CallidusCloud in 2003 and has held a variety of sales and sales leadership positions covering North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Under Eric’s leadership, CallidusCloud has grown steadily since 2010 and is today recognized as the leading provider of cloud and mobile sales effectiveness solutions.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Eric co-founded a venture-backed SaaS company as well as held positions at Mars & Co., Trilogy Software, and Intel Corporation. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Rory Cameron has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development and operations in the software sector.
At CallidusCloud, Rory leads our learning business Litmos & our CX platforms including Clicktools. In addition to operational leadership, Rory runs Corporate Development for the company and has completed numerous acquisitions.
Having joined Callidus in 2008 he has held numerous roles across sales, corporate development and alliances both in EMEA & North America. Rory led the effort to broaden CallidusCloud’s solutions suite including a volume SaaS group focused on learning, marketing and customer experience products.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Rory ran divisions for a range of technology companies including Datapac Ireland, MTL and Bytes Technology Group.
Brad Compton brings more than 10 years of experience in professional services leadership with a proven track record in professional services management, program management, business development, and SaaS delivery.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Brad served as vice president of client services at Addepar, an investment management platform focused on the wealth advisor marketplace. While there, he had operational responsibility for the implementation, support, and customer success teams whose purpose was to create advocates for Addepar. Brad also served as vice president of professional services at Xactly Corporation where he oversaw all aspects of services business development and delivery for Xactly’s enterprise and SMB offerings. Brad holds a master of business administration from San Jose State University and a bachelor of arts from Villanova University.
Mike Crane is a seasoned IT executive, having spent more than 20 years providing services and consulting support to customers navigating digital transformations and adopting cloud business models. As senior vice president of services, Mike is currently responsible for leading the CallidusCloud managed services, technical account management, and customer experience teams with a focus on helping CallidusCloud customers optimize and gain greater value out of our solutions.
Prior to CallidusCloud, Mike was executive vice president of services at Five9, a cloud-based contact center platform, where he was responsible for all services and support functions. Mike also spent many years at Cisco in various leadership roles within the advanced services organization as it scaled globally to become a multi-billion dollar professional services and consulting business.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his five kids and cycling with his wife.
Jamie has over 20 years of application software sales, consulting, and sales leadership experience, including 16 years in the CRM and sales performance management market. During these 20 years, Jamie has helped organizations of all sizes and industries leverage sales technology to accelerate profitable sales revenue. At CallidusCloud, Jamie is in charge of the North American sales organization and has led the team to record revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Jamie was in pre-sales and sales roles for Oracle and Pivotal where he received numerous awards and industry recognition for his accomplishments. Jamie graduated from Auburn University with a degree in finance.
Drew Grasham brings over 18 years of in-house legal leadership and experience supporting publicly traded software and hardware companies in the greater Silicon Valley and providing corporate general counsel support.
At CallidusCloud, Drew leads the corporate legal team and serves as the chief compliance officer and secretary. In addition, Drew supports our corporate development team and has completed numerous acquisitions, oversees the robust intellectual property portfolio, and supports the HR team and SEC compliance efforts.
Prior to CallidusCloud, Drew was assistant general counsel at Juniper Networks, senior corporate counsel at Advent Software, and corporate counsel at Macrovision. Drew holds a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis and a juris doctorate from Arizona State University College of Law.
Giles is an experienced product and marketing executive with a proven track record of successfully producing, marketing, and selling business software and technology. At CallidusCloud, he is responsible for the company’s global product strategy, management, and engineering. Under his direction the team has won multiple awards for its products including New Product or Service of the Year in both the International and American Business Awards, as well as leadership positions in leading analyst reports such as Gartner and Forrester.
Before becoming Chief Product Officer, Giles led the the marketing team as Chief Marketing Officer, consistently growing the sales pipeline year over year and receiving multiple awards, including Marketing Executive of the Year and Marketing Team of the Year. As a recognized thought leader, Giles regularly speaks on sales and marketing, and has been interviewed on CNBC and by leading publications such as Inc., VentureBeat, MarTech Advisor, and CRM Magazine.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Giles worked at international software and SaaS companies including SAP. Giles graduated with honors from one of the world’s top universities, the University of Southampton, for electronic engineering.
Christina is responsible for the CallidusCloud EMEA sales organization where she brings over 15 years of sales, business, and corporate development experience.
Christina joined CallidusCloud in 2008 and has held a variety of sales and sales leadership positions, including starting and growing the first CallidusCloud commercial sales organization in North America. Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Christina ran sales for several telecoms in the US, worked in media, and completed her master of business administration at Columbia Business School.
Sarika is head of product and customer success at Litmos. She is passionate about building products to solve business problems and is an avid learner. Sarika has been with CallidusCloud for more than nine years and was instrumental in taking the core product offering—Commissions—to SaaS business. In addition to Litmos, she has led the products for the Selling Cloud, Hiring Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Prior to joining Litmos, Sarika worked at leading software companies including Oracle. She held a variety of positions ranging from engineering, product marketing and product management.
Sarika holds a masters degree with a distinction in information systems from George Mason University and a masters in industrial and mechanical engineering.
Ray Smith is a technology entrepreneur and engineer who loves to build innovative solutions and high-performing teams. He has a particular passion for data science and artificial intelligence but most importantly in how to apply these techniques to disrupt accepted business norms in order to deliver actionable insight and real value.
Ray is the co-founder and was CEO of Datahug.com, the complete revenue Generation platform. It helps sales teams use data to be more efficient and predictable and achieve revenue growth. Datahug was acquired by CallidusCloud in November 2016, and Ray now leads the Datahug division as general manager and senior vice president at CallidusCloud.
Prior to Datahug, Ray worked as a management consultant for seven years at Accenture, implementing large-scale IT projects around the globe.
Ray has an electronic and electrical engineering degree from the University College Dublin and went on to complete a research-based master of engineering science in advanced digital signal processing (neuroscience engineering—UCD, Trinity, MIT MediaLab). As part of his research, Ray built a Brain Computer Interface to allow users to control a game with nothing more than spatial attention or imagined limb movement.
Michael is responsible for CallidusCloud’s Global Support and Cloud Operations, where he brings over 20 years of experience in both traditional IT operations and SaaS Cloud-based operations, SaaS operations management, and SaaS application engineering. Previously, Michael served as vice president of Cloud Operations for CallidusCloud, where he was responsible for securing, provisioning and maintaining the entire Cloud product suite.
Prior to joining CallidusCloud, Michael was the CTO and co-founder of a venture-backed SaaS company, iCentera, that CallidusCloud acquired. Earlier in his career, Michael served 6 years in the United States Army and credits his ability to build and foster successful teams to lessons learned during that time.
