CallidusCloud Nexus: Your One-Stop Calendar for Support, Upgrade, and Community Events

It’s not uncommon for me to hear customers say, “I didn’t know about that event,” or even scarier, “I didn’t know support for this version is terminating.” One might think this is from lack of communication, but it’s quite the opposite, really. It’s from an overload of communication. We see it in our everyday lives. We’re inundated with emails, advertisements, social media, calendar invites, and more. It’s hard to know what requires our attention. Well, now you can decide exactly what you want to see—in the world of CallidusCloud Support, anyway. The days of us sending you an email for every little thing is almost over, all thanks to CallidusCloud Nexus. It’s a calendar that lives within CallidusCloud Community that features CallidusCloud Support, upgrades, and Community events. CallidusCloud Nexus Event Calendar CallidusCloud Nexus allows you to do two things:

  1. Set up reminders for events, maintenance, or new releases within the calendar feature.
  2. Subscribe to receive emails only about the products you use or are interested in.

In the future, we hope to also provide server status, so each of our customers can see the health of its server. Think of it as a one-stop shop for everything you need to know about your products so you can be proactive about your experience instead of reactive.
